HOW DOES AN ESCAPE ROOM GAME WORK?

In an escape room game, players will enter a room that is designed with an interesting backstory revealing the reason why you were locked in that place. You need to the explore the room and look for keys and clues for you to solve puzzles and open locks that will bring you a step closer to escaping the room and solving the mystery before the time runs out.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR PLAYERS?

Any age is welcome to play in Rabbit Room. We do however require adult supervision for players below 13 years of age.

 

HOW MANY PLAYERS SHOULD WE BE IN A TEAM TO PLAY?

The recommended number is 5 to 8 players however we cater to a minimum of 1 and maximum of 8 players for the regular escape room game. For the live action escape rooms however, a minimum of 5 Players per game and a maximum of 8 players.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGULAR ROOM TO A LIVE ACTION ESCAPE ROOM?

The fun, excitement and adrenaline rush of trying to escape captivity sounds very appealing and that is the case for an escape room game. In the LIVE ACTION Escape Room Game, however, we raised the bar higher by leaving someone or something inside the room that will make your escape more challenging!

 

DO WE NEED TO BE SUPER SMART IN PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND OTHER SUBJECTS TO BE ABLE TO ESCAPE THE ROOM?

For as long as you will work as a team and keep your detective eyes open, you will surely be able to escape the room. No need to memorize any formula or the periodic table at that.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE FAIL TO ESCAPE WITHIN 1 HOUR?

If you’re still stuck in the room after the time limit, we will save you from captivity, open the doors and the game is over. What we can’t save you from however, is the wall of shame, but even that is a whole lot of fun anyway.

 

AND IF WE ESCAPE?

We will stop the time when the last person in the room steps out. Your team will be immortalized in our Wall of Fame! 

 

WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING INSIDE THE ROOM?

Everything you will need will be provided by our Escape Coaches. You cant bring any gadget inside the room though and we recommend you leave your keys, small pieces of jewelry that could get lost inside. We will be providing lockers for your team which will secure your belongings while your solving our mysteries. We highly suggest too that you come in comfortable clothing as solving, escaping and running from psychopaths could be very very challenging when you’re in heels or tux.

 

HOW DO WE BOOK A ROOM?

To book a game, you and your team must choose your preferred room and check availability on your chosen date and time slot. Once needed information is given, and sent to us, you will receive instructions on how to secure the slot through our different options. You will have 3 Options. The Bank Deposit Option, Via PayPal and Walk In. Only the first 2 options will secure your slot. Walk In Bookings would be paid on the spot but will only be given once the room is free or if the original customer booked on that time slot comes in late.

 

WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE ON THE DAY OF OUR BOOKING?

You must all arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot or else your booking will be forfeited. We need this time for our PRE GAME Orientation and preparation of the room.

CAN WE CANCEL or/MOVE OUR BOOKINGS?

You can only cancel or move your bookings 24 hours before your time slot. If you do so less that 24 hours from your time slot, your payment will be forfeited. Rescheduling of the bookings will only be accepted at the next available schedule.
